The Stables
This stunning cottage is the old stables/cowshed and is open to the high rafters with the original A-frames exposed. It consists of a very large completely open-plan bedroom/lounge/diner and an open plan kitchen on a separate level, with a shower room.
It has a modern fitted kitchen with electric stove and large fridge, oil-fired central heating, flat-screen TV, DVD player, free wi-fi and a king-sized bed with hotel quality bed linen & towels.
There are reclaimed wooden floors in the living area and slate floors in the kitchens and shower rooms. The original old barn doors have been recycled to make mirror frames, window sills, coat hooks and lintels.
The furniture includes a rattan lounge suite, pine dining table & chairs and pine bedroom furniture (wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables). And there is still plenty of space for you to spread out and make yourselves at home.
Outside enjoy a private SE-facing patio with garden furniture for enjoying the view, plenty of parking, a BBQ and a washing line. A bike shed and bike washing facilities are also available.
